Hi, I am Tim and am privileged to launch OCC into the Renewables Market place.

It is a sector that I find hugely interesting and constantly evolving and changing.

I work with an amazingly diligent crew that are inventive, creative, and amazingly resourceful in their quest to find great talent for our clients – they will leave no stone unturned!!

• Family, a few foody folk, sport gossip and news, and this brilliant one Jammy Gits, this is someone from our Business Park in Cheshire and packed in work, sold the house and headed off in their camper van across Europe…

A lover of great cuisine with real interest in seafood.

Three adult children that I adore spending time with and a dog called Kipper.

A lover of most sports including cricket and football.

This took me off to the World Cup in Qatar and many a Cup Final with Arsenal.

A fair weather golfer who has no wet weather clothing in his wardrobe.

My whole career has been in the recruitment world, starting many moons again as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Hays working through the ranks to Director operations in the London and the Home Counties focussing on the construction and engineering sector. I then set up my own consultancy delivering to the advertising, creative and marketing world across the UK which was great fun mixing in the world of Saatchi & Saatchi and brands like Nike, Virgin and Sky.  I was thrilled to be approached by OCC to join them and drive the business forward in the renewables arena which I have a real passion for.

Leading the Renewables account management and delivery team as well as building our Business Development function in this sector to grow our client portfolio across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

I specialise in all things Renewable across all core disciplines from legal, planning, consenting, design, construction and operations and maintenance of our clients’ projects.

We have seen great success to date and look forward to spreading the word further throughout this fascinating sector in 2025 and beyond.

Build the renewables team has been so fulfilling and having expanded ourselves we are now to drive forward in delivering outstanding service to our candidates and clients.

I am fortunate to work with an incredible team with a shared passion. Which is simply to excel at what we and exceed the expectations of the people who use our service.

I have three wonderful adult children who in around London and I love spending time with. Food is a passion and eating out and Thai cuisine is the flavour of the month at the moment.

A passion for sport, cricket, football (come on you Gunners) and golf, with time spent on a  diagonal walk around the course.  

The most satisfying part of my role is delivering an outstanding service and seeing relationships develop over time with new clients.
